Woodbury is not only a school that studies the art of television but it is a location that can be found in many television shows. Here are the shows that feature Woodbury as a filming location, in ascending order of the amount of TV time given Woodbury.

​5. Criminal Minds

Criminal Minds is about an FBI team that solves twisted crimes. This CBS drama FBI team is played Matthew Gray Gubler, Thomas Gibson, Kristen Vangsness, Derek Morgan, and other cast members. In season six, episode seven, “The Middle Man” there is a split second when Woodbury’s Main Quad outside of the Admissions building can be spotted in a scene. Do not blink because Woodbury’s cameo can be seen around the 21st minute.

4. Silicon Valley

Silicon Valley is a comedy television show about the lives of Northern California high-tech geniuses who are unable to handle their own success. This Mike Judge inspired television production stars Thomas Middleditch, T.J. Miller, Josh Brener, Martin Starr, Kumail Najiani, Amanda Crew, Matt Ross, and Zach Woods. The HBO show filmed around of the School of Business. The episode “Third Party Insourcing” is where the Burbank campus has the most screen time on the show. After that episode the exterior of the School of Business makes split second appearance as an office building throughout the show.

​3. Shameless

​​​Shameless is a Showtime show that shot on the Burbank campus. The show is about a dysfunctional family that includes a single father and his six children. William H. Macy plays the single father. His six children are played by Emmy Rossum, Ethan Cutkosky, Jeremy Allen White, Emma Kenney, Cameron Monaghan, and Brenden Sims. In season four Woodbury is featured as the character Lip’s college, Chicago Polytechnic. Locations include dorms, library, and the School of Business.

​2. ​Undeclared

Undeclared is a show about going to college and finding yourself within the college experience. The show stars’ recognizable names like Jay Brauchel, Charlie Hunnam, Seth Rogan, Jason Segal, and other notable actors. Undeclared was created by Judd Apatow. In the season one episode “Eric Visits”, a number of scene locations can be found on the Burbank campus. There are exterior shots by the Miller building, the Library, and a parking lot that is now the School of Business. In another season one episode “Hell Week” there is an exterior shot of walkway into the school of architecture area.

1. Workaholics

Workaholics is a comedy show about three guys who happen to work together, party together, as well as live together. The main characters are played by the actors Anders Holm, Blake Anderson, and Adam Devine. The Comedy Central television season three ​episode ten, “Flashback in the Day” was mostly shot at Woodbury. Filming locations include Woody’s patio, Library, Judith Tamkin Fashion Gallery, inside and out of South Hall. Workaholics is the show that features the most screen time of Woodbury. ​
